For overall healthy growth and development, it is important to include all types of freshly prepared foods which must include rice, chapati, oats, lentil, fresh juices, mixed vegetable soup, chicken, boiled egg, omelette, fish, seasonal fruits, milkshakes with dry fruits, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, pan cake, waffle, etc.
