A. Hello mam Follow a balanced meal pattern Fruits specially seasonal, green vegetables, dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, milk and milk products, cheese, daal, sprouts, oats, ragi, eggs all are healthy food which should be included in the routine diet of the child In this situation give home cooked food to the child

A. hi dear mom..give well balanced home made food..that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits. avoid processed sugary and junk food happy parenting
