A. no problem taking all traditional foods in first trimester which you feel comfortablefor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or concerns. Good luck and take care.
