healthy breakfast for school going child to eat quickly

A. give some fruits like banana, apple. add egg in morning breakfast add some nuts and dry fruit to gain weight

A. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetables fruits and dairy products you can also give some multivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1cmth

A. hi some food items like dates ladoo , besan ladoo ,dry fruits ladoo , golpappdi, shakkarpara, Puri ,chakri ,upma ,poha ,paneer chilla , multigrain idli, sprouts ,boiled chickpea ,boiled potatoes in small pieces etc are best as snacks.
