some food items like dates ladoo , besan ladoo ,dry fruits ladoo , golpappdi, shakkarpara, Puri ,chakri ,upma ,poha ,paneer chilla , multigrain idli, sprouts ,boiled chickpea ,boiled potatoes in small pieces etc are best as snacks.
