He'll My kid age is 3.4year please Suggest proper Nutrition food and iron and calcium food

A. Hello mom currently the child should be given all usual family foods, no much restrictions as such now, develop healthy eating habits. you can give the child foods from various food groups. for iron and calcium, green leafy vegeatables, dry fruits and nuts , raisins, apricots, dates etc organ meats if preffered , such as liver, also eggs, different dals and legumes such as rajma , chana, seasme seeds, milk, panner, millets.
