Q.
He'll man my baby is 4 months old but her weight is 4.2 only I am giving breast feeding every 3 hrs and he also passing urine more than 10 times a day but he is not gaining weight birth weight is 3 kgs so tell me how do I am getting weight to my baby ?

Need to examine ur baby throughly hence
Visit ur nearest pediatrician
He will examine ur baby in details and guide u in a better way
Baby gain weight 200 gms per week for first 3months of age
Baby doubles of it's birth weight at 5.5 months of age and triple at 1yrs of age.
At 1yr weight should be 9-11 kg

Hlo sir I am consult with peditrition he told he is health wise he had cold in cold there is no growth in babies after that he says there is insufficient milk .but my baby drop the urine more than 10 times a day .there is no health issue now in baby his growing is very slowly compare to rember .that is her problem sir
