Hi my baby does not pee while sleeping even it is 4 hrs he ll not pass urine.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he doesn’t pee in his sleep even for 4 hours so don’t worry if he is peeing frequently at every one hour when he is awake

Ok It seems like your child is having a decent bladder control which is why your child is not passing any urine value child is asleep so that’s a good thing only need not worry about it and if in the daytime also you see the same scenario then probably it’s true that your child is having a decent bladder control
