Q.
he is not eating well. every time i used to force him to feed the food. he is 5yrs now, his wait is now around 13 kg only. is it normal or we need to do any checkup

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom one ground rule never force the child to eat , it’s important that they hydrated . Make sure he is involved in some form of physical activity that will in a way tend to increase their appetite. Make a routine for him so that incase of unnecessary snacking would be avoided
