he is not eating anything.manyyimes he is doing yellow pees. most of the time he is suffering from gas.

A. dear mom. kindly give him adequate fluids to keep him hydrare. give well balanced diet inckuding all seasonal fruits n vegetables. offer verity of food, with diffrent tasre n texture
