ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, young babies have small stomach capacity so give small frequent meals
encourage feeding by self and along with the family
do not force feed. engage child in loving conversations and stories.
do not bottle feed. milk intake should not be more than 500ml, this includes Milk products as well.
if baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for baby's age then do not worry.
Kalindi BhavsarMom of a 8 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mommy
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
It is normal for children to be fussy eaters that is to not like the taste shape colour or texture of particular foods It is also normal for children to like something one day but dislike it the next day to refuse new foods and to eat more or less from day to day This all happens because fussy eating is part of children’s development it is a way of exploring their environment and asserting their independence And it’s also because children’s appetites go up and down depending on how much they are growing and how active they are
