A. He is 12 year old . on this age he is near about puberty and he should be active in nature. visit to your family doctor once needed to experience testing in lab after consulting ( might be) GENERALLY WE SHOULD USE VITAMIN AND SOME MORE

A. Make her understand the importance of negative impacts of carelessness * Give her some case studies that are of her age's nature and ask her analyze the details and solve it * Find out the mistakes she does and make her understand where she went wrong and the importance of being careful * Also ask her to analyze a particular object and get her views. Based on that, you appreciate or correct her views * If things are going wrong with her only in maths, no problem, the above said things can help as she has no issues with brilliance
