avoid force feeding.
listen to cues of hunger and then provide food.
give small and frequent meals
make meal time fun .

just give normal home made food.
include lots of green vegetables seasonal fruits nuts legumes pulses cereal milk milk products eggs chicken fish mutton soups salads into the diet.. include coconut water butter milk nimbu paani juices in summer.
the child should have 3 meals and at least one mid meal in a day.
