he is 15.4 kg weight, always his lips are dry, skin peel up, he takes orange juice every day and plenty of water also but why this happens with him?

A. hi. ake sure to keep your child well hydrate. it mightbe due to kulti vitamin deficiency. .you can give syp a t z daily and offer lots of fruits n veggies
