he hasn't started conversations back and forth although he speaks very clear...like songs, rhymes etc. Most of the time specially at school doesn't responds when called by his name. but if I call out his favorites he responds immediately.

Okay so I’m gonna tell you something but you have to judge has it happened or not and please don’t get offended because a lot of parents do so I would like to tell you when we see a lot of times child responding to rhymes and music and favourites think of the child but not responding to its name or not making an eye contact or not following simple commands then there could be little bit of problem in understanding of the Child and if you have exposed your child a lot of time specially then that can actually lead to little bit of delay in growth of understanding so currently with the situation since everything is not very clear to me that what all has happened I would recommend you to please check with your doctor maybe your child is low on iron levels or it could be associated little bit of delay in the understanding growth of your child so you can even take an evaluation with a child psychologist and accordingly they will assist youand if you’re giving any time to child please make it zero
