He has too much cold and cough what i can di and he is taking 4 times in a day nebuliser.

If your doctor has recommended you nebulising four times and it’s okay maybe your child is having a very heavy congestion which is why your doctor may have advised you to give medicines this way which is completely fine along with that massage gently on the chest and throat of your child with warm mustard oil and do hot compress
