he had too much cold n cough i have till today a 5 days antibiotic but not yet solved

For what reason antibiotics have been given to the child can you please explain that because what normal cold and cough it is suggested that you should give regular anti-allergic if your child is yet not good then I think nebulising will be quite a good help
