See if it is a hypothyroid you can find different number of exercises that you can do as of now like lion and pose and different exercises if you search will come to know Sam instead of taking medicine try doing these remedies if it helps you then it is going to be better do them for three months at stretch without fail and hopefully it is going to help in reversing your thyroid
