Having brownish hair in 1 year is symptoms of iron deficiency? Bcz my baby hair are brown but she is completely fine

A. hello dear mom. it might not irin deficiency... as their can be multiple factor might cause brownish hairs, like genetic, chemical baae shampoo ir soap of you are using, otger nutrition deficiency..
