A. Hello, your baby boy is 21 months old and he is having a fever upto 100 degrees then you should give him frequent breast feeding and syrup paracetamol 2 ml three times a day and cold water sponges

A. If. The fever crosses 101° fahrenheit then you should consult your doctor then it will be a little bit of fire fever but as of now you can continue with paracetamol if the fever subsides within 72 hours then it is good otherwise you’ll have to consult your doctor ones
