have noted some red spots on my babies nappy, is it alarming, do I need to consult my pediatrician immediately. share pic for the same

A. There is no picture available with your question but red spots are usually associated with blood in the motion of your child because your child must be only on feed as of now so just take a confirmation with your doctor they will have to check and accordingly they can give you further assistance
