have missed my period of June month n took test in home and it's positive so within how many days or hours I have to take abortion pill plz tell me cz I hv 2yrs old girl n m not ready for second baby yet

Go and consult your doctor today itself and the doctor will prescribe accordingly

If the results are positive then now you have to take a help of gynaecologist because it’s and procedure which you have to follow to abort the baby. So you should definitely consult with gynaecologist about it so doctor will explain you full procedure which you have to follow
