Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomitingf and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loofse motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Need to have a have a check up with your paediatric because these things could be sometimes due to And sometimes could be due to some other issue so it would be advisable for you to check it out with your doctor first and then go for medication suggested
