A. should be around 64cm at 4 months in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

A. Hello there maam please do not worry about it too much. Baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of six months and triples by the age of one year. If baby is active and taking feed properly then no need to panic. Mother should take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Thanks and take care
