Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. this occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age
it occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child
meet your doctor for more informationd and also go through various videos which will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction.
if the obstruction is not taken care of the proper massage it xcan lead to infection in the eyes( yellow secretion) and more watery eyes as well as red eyes and secretions from the eyes

RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. Due to blockage so what you can do is that one massage on the notes of the child in between the area of the eyes so slowly you will see passage of time when you do this massage regularly then tear the blockage is going to open up
