halo Please suggest anything to increase milk supply. Im having very less milk supply. I'm breastfeeding mom of 5 month old baby and he's not getting enough hence i have to bottle feed him

You may massage your breast well , diet could include green leafy vegetables such as drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, dry fruits, milk, panjiri, garlic, oats, flax seeds, jeera,ajwain or saunf water
