Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy5 years agoA. hi mam please don't get panic about this matter and follow some steps definitely help you out . please use mild ayurvedic sampoo. you can also use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair. you can give gentle massage with coconut oil before washing your hair. you can apply aloevera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week. please take balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep. please take daily sun light exposure for 15 to 20 minutes at early morning
