At The age of four months yes it is completely normal because these are temporary birth hair and they are bound to fall out like this only once you get the child’s head shaved off completely after that the growth is going to be much better and a permanent one

If Your child is not drinking milk at all then you should immediately get a check with your doctor because having no milk is obviously not a healthy sign if your child is having even 3 to 4 times in a day then that is perfectly normal certain times when they are having their teeth they do not have milk also
