Make a timetable so that you can cover all type of pulses, veggies, fruits, sprouts each day so that you will get all the nutrients equally. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Take rest. Expose yourself to sunlight for about 20 to 30 minutes in a day. Walk around slowly. Apply oil to hair and gently give a massage and leave it for about half an hour and then take bath. Use lukewarm water to take head bath. Use Mild shampoo.
