Hair fall for 3years baby girl. suggest me a medicine or a best shampoo to reduce hairfall

A. oiling is a must. Why is such a small girl having hair fall find the particular reason first. use oil, I use mamaearth baby hair oil it has almond and avocado oil which makes hairs strong, it will definitely help you
