haii good evening my son is 3 year and 10 months old he say left side chest pain for few minutes after it will clear why any reason pls suggest me

Usually it is because of gas and nothing else in such a small age it’s mostly associated with gas or indigestion issues only you may as well check with your doctor they can help you with some kind of tonic that you can give to regularise the issue that your child is facing
