hai...which milk is best for babies brain activity and active? breast milk or formula powder

A. Hello good morning !! Breast milk is good as it contains more nutrients, DHA, ARA brain development elements, boosts immunity power, improve Bonding between mother and baby,jaw exercise,soothes baby. Ofcourse formula milk powder brands are available of brain development elements, nutrients if are lactating and no health issues then go for breast feeding rather formula feed.
