#asktheexperts My baby is 6.5 months old she was exclusively breast fed for 6 months and now I have started solid food. I feel my milk is not sufficient sometimes. I bought formula milk powder lactogen but she is not accepting not taking formula milk ..can u please suggest me whether I should change milk powder or can I give cows milk.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 months agoA. mam please keep on trying different formula milk. babies take time to get used to it. Animal milk should not be given before the age of one year. you can also give semi solid food items like mashed apples and mashed potatoes. you can also give suji kheer and daal pani to the baby.
