Hai this I am mother of 4 months old baby,I have been suffering from PCO from past 3 years, I want to cure my PCO prblm and to regularize my periods. My periods are irregular and also bleeding is also less. After c section last most I saw some brown colour discharge for 3 to 4 days, I think my periods have started. present now I want cure my PCO and regularize my periods for that what medicine I have to use please tell me

Make lifestyle changes as wellTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
