hai. my two month old baby swolled little bit of soap water while bathing. he took burp after that. I feed him. there was little bit of sticky saliva in his mouth. and keeps on putting his tounge outside looks like he is licking something. should I be worried

A. hi if you find any abnormal behavior ,it is better to consult your pediatrician for once. please rinse your child mouth well with soft clean Cotton clothe.
