hai my son 2 years 8 months old he is not well bcz of serious cough and running nose and not eating properly and he also loses some weight can u suggest me cough syrup and some vitamin tonics for his weight gain

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is virftal in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medicationsg
