Contact your doctor for certain vitamin and iron supplements. Always massage your hair with lukewarm oil before hair wash to improve blood circulation and increase hair growth. Drink organic Amla juice and apply pure Amla oil to strengthen hair. Use a mild shampoo with natural ingredients. Make a hair mask of yoghurt and coconut oil and apply it on the scalp and keep it for 45 mins and then wash with a mild shampoo.
