Hai my baby her face having milky pimples how to reduce it .. why it will come

A. mam it can be due to some allergic reaction or due to summers heat. please apply lacto Calamine lotion over the affected areas. please massage the baby with coconut oil and use Babyhug soap to bathe the baby. use only cotton clothes for the baby and keep the baby in cool temperature.
