hai my baby completed 6 months his weight is 5.3 , he is in normal weight, so I thinking to give both breastfeeding and formula milk for my baby to gain some weight, I want to mix feed him, I want to continue to give some food also , is it ok to give mix feed to gain some weight. please

A. weight is less, you can give formula milk is your milk is not sufficient. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. Mix feeding is okay until 1 year of age. It’s better to stop formula after 1 year.
