Q.
my child is 4.5 months old, and I am thinking that she is feeling hungry by breastfeeding, so can I give her formula and is water required with formula?

You have to make formula in water only if you boil the water bring it down to a normal lukewarm status and store it into a flask or something and you can make milk in that but what you think is not necessarily correct that your child is getting sufficient feed from you you have to check for the weight gain and everything then you decide the weight is less then you give me otherwise continue with formula only
