Hai madams this is Vihaan 's mother... now He's in 3rd month ending he's wait 4.7 kgs in starting but now he is reducing wait now he is 3 kgs only so please tell me how to get more wait....

Its Not very clear to me but I am assuming that you are saying that your child’s weight was 4.7 previous year now it is leakages so that’s a lot of weight loss for the child I think your child is suffering with some problem which is why the weight is not increasing and also the feed that you are giving is not sufficient you do I have to take an advice from a doctor on this
