hai,I got dcda twins 10 days before. my babies body is heat. what is the solution to reduce the heat

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. check the temp of the baby. Fever is when the temperature is more than 99 °f . Give paracetamol for fever of any and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination.
