Hai I am mother of 4 months old baby he is turning 5 th on this 20th , I am suffering for PCO prblm from since 3 years, I am not getting my periods regularly , if my periods comes but no bleeding I want to regular my periods, last month I saw some brown colour discharge for 3 to 4 days I think my periods have started, I want to cure my PCO prblm is dere any medicine to cure PCO or to regularize my periods.

still you should visit your gynaecologist for proper treatment

Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
