Hai I am 4 months mother, yesterday night I saw a brown discharge and today also I think my periods occur, I don't know, but no bleeding at all till now, I am suffering from pcos since 3 years. please help me to how to regularize my periods.

A. well just be sure that you are not pregnant.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as well
