Q.

hai dr my baby is premature baby she was birth 26 weeks. now she is 1 year and 6month old but weight less . what can i do

A. to increase the weight of the child, give him homemade food. the child can be given rice dal, rice, wheat, fruits, vegetables and milk and recipes made from it. you can also put dry fruits and ghee and nuts and it's powder in the food, which will increase the weight of the child. take your children out to play because when there is good physical activity then only the cdhild will have increased appetite. make child take fruit and its juice because it also increases natural appetite. also it is importanxt to note that wait gain as well as the overall growth of the child depends majorly on the genetics that is how were the parents had growth when they were at the same age as the child.

A. You should just go ahead with giving really good amount of veg and non-veg protein even if you don’t eat you have to start giving at least egg to the child because this is going to be really very helpful in boosting the overall growth of your child
