Q.

Hai Dr I delivered a male baby by elective lscs and I got monoacryl subcuticular suture material for skin closure. today my 8th post operative day.so when I was going to bath, when to cut the suture material

A. usually after 7 days you can definitely take bathing if there is waterproof bandage done there and just consult your gynecologist for more more detail about the suture removal she will guide you

Q. #AskTheExpert it's been 85 days I delivered a baby girl through forceps delivery. the episiotomy stitches didn't healed. dr said the suture material didn't suited me she used copper sulphate but no change. so she opened and closed it with another suture material. it's been a month now but still not healed. The cut is at the junction whenever I pass stool it's getting opened I am using duphalac to avoid stress at the wound. is there any option to permanantly treat the wound.
