hai doctor, My daughter 1 year 6 months old and her weight is only 8.5 kg. Can you please suggest how to increase her weight.

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more fat and protein rich diet. give more fruits and vegetables to improve appetite and digestion and

A. hello....Give these foods which help in weight gain to yourbaby everyday....Potatoes are good for kids... .it's rich in carbohydrates, amino acids and dietary fibre. ...ghee in every food is good. Eggs are considered overall healthy for babies..(8 months+) proteins and fats both there...Bananas. ... Dairy products. ...paneer is good for them.. Chicken and other lean meats. ... Dry fruits. ...make powder and put in all foods... Oats.with mashed avacadoes and Banana
