Q.

Hai doctor... my baby is 4months one week old,...but I still look like pregnant..I gown through c-section delivery..can I start exercise now...if any problem doing exercise..please suggest me..

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can do yoga,cycling jogging etc. Now u can start with walk. have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food
