give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Yes Of course you can give it to the child so here is very very healthy you can give soya Paneer also apart from soya chunks that you are talking about you can definitely give a try to the child on an every day basis it’s quite a healthy option that you choose
