A. hi mom yes you can add soya chunks, granules can add tofu as well introduce one food at a time variety of vegetables and fresh fruits

A. Yes absolutely you can there is no problem soya is anyways healthy to be given to the child which is a very good and rich source of protein so you can give soya every day or every alternate day if you want to include good amount of proteins
