Q.
Hai am mom of 5 days old baby , am having enlarged left breast with pain and unable to feed my baby that side, is it due to blocked milk ducts or not, is there any solution

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a part any local mass like lymph nodecs or tissue pain.
if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compresses and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
you can take paracetamol for pain.
